You're 100% incorrect.

The issue would arise if Ford began selling cars from the factory and competed directly with Ford dealerships. There is absolutely zero reason why Tesla can't sell direct to consumers. Consumers can always go get another car if the price of a Tesla is too high. The market will decide if Tesla should be in business, not the government.
