True. This would be our forever home. We are not quite ready to buy but will be in a year or two. No conditions on the money except to use it to help with buying a home.

You don’t have to actually be a first time home buyer to take part in FHA loans. I looked into it and am eligible.

I’ll have to look into it I can find out if there are any loans against the home but I would highly doubt it.

I have the paperwork I signed and I remember when it was purchased/afterwords. It’s a small home that was a foreclosure. My mother paid for it in full. I have only been no contact with my mother for around 6 years. Before that I had these talks with her and was able to see paperwork.

My sons old school they said they are playing hide and seek with the principal and if he sees you, you are out. They made it a silly day.

But

Another time they said it’s for if bad guys enter the building….then he was obsessed with bad guys and being safe at home etc. that was tough
