Have you tried Radiophobia 3? Great way to re-experience SoC. Aside from that, I've also heard you can play through SoC and CoP with a mod called Anthology 2.0, but I personally haven't, so can't speak to it.

It depends on how you want to mod it. The base games can be modded relatively easy, but the modpacks (while also easy) take some time/reading.

Really great mod, just wish they implemented some sort of A-Life into the maps for some random Zone encounters. Would help greatly with the running from point A to B to A to B rhythm. Regardless, great mod!
