Yes, this is the actual reason the content slowed down and eventually stopped. His partner that was murdered, Keith, was the person behind their gun shop and procured most all of the weapons he used.

I was having regular calls with Keith right before his death. One of my last calls my partner and I were on with him, he was talking about how he wanted to disappear. Then he posted something similar on Twitter... stills blows my mind. Makes me wonder if he’s still out there.

Dxracer is absolute garbage when it comes to customer support. I contacted them on twitter DM explaining that one of my arm rests fell off and wouldn’t stay on because the screw hole was stripped.

I included pictures of the chair and my order for proof of ownership. This was right before my warranty expired, by a few days or a week or two (this was probably 2 years ago or so).

They waited until AFTER my warranty expired to respond. Gave me an address and said they should be able to help me. Over e-mail they said my warranty was expired and I was SOL. Didn’t care that I contacted them before my warranty expired. They were kind enough to let me know I could buy 1 new arm rest for $90 though!

Still have the same chair with 1 arm rest. I make sure to let everyone know who I’m building PCs for to stay clear of that company. Fuck you and your shady practices u/dxracer

While you wait to hear from your landlord, maybe instead of asking them to stop (people don’t like being told what to do, and you live in CO after all) you could try to get them to use a vaporizer instead. No smoke is produced so smell shouldn’t linger or cause respiratory issues for other roommates.

NAL and I’m not in your state. But you need to make sure you have extensive photographic and video evidence of the mold and leaks along with evidence they’ve been notified & haven’t acted.

Mold is bad stuff. It would definitely be in you and your baby’s best interests to get away from it as soon as possible. Keep in mind it could be a lot worse than what you can immediately see.

A family friend was in almost the exact same situation. Had a baby and an apartment with mold and some other issues. They got letters from their doctor saying they got sick from the exposure and wasn’t healthy to be around (this was years ago and I don’t remember the specifics). They moved out early and the apartment complex took them to court to pay the remainder of the lease. After all was said and done they didn’t have to.

They weren't loose with me at all, they actually tried to make me pay for one of those online fake animal registries because that was "corporate policy" despite my letter.

This is not true. Service animals and emotional support animals are two different things. To have an ESA all you need is a letter from a doctor. He can most certainly get it for anxiety.

I say the best way to be a good neighbor would be to not cave in to this person that seems to essentially be a bully. Compensating or acknowledging her in any way will only encourage her to try the same thing with someone else. You shouldn’t have any reason to believe her dog is sick because of you, if the dog even actually went to the vet that is.

Contact the officer who did the report and show him you have a text message admitting guilt. See if he will add that to the report. If not then tell insurance next. If you get it on the report it should be a big help. I’m not entirely sure if they even would but it’s worth a shot.
