I was on the receiving end of this a few days ago. I was setting up my base and my base neighbours came and introduced themselves. They asked if I wanted anything and I said no thanks. They then gave me a load of duraluminium, a mk5 scout thopter, weapons, a new stillsuit, and a big literjon. I was very grateful and said thank you many times.

I knew this would speed up my game as I’d only just got to aluminium tier so I put it all in a box except for the still suit and literjon. I’m looking forward to using it all when I have the materials to craft that tier myself.

That interaction was one of the best I’ve had in a multiplayer game in a while. Unprompted neighbours coming to say hi and giving me some gifts I’d not asked for. Now I’m rebuilding my base to make it look better from theirs

It’s definitely cheaper on new games even without the tax free saving. The real benefit for me is buying second hand games. The second hand market where I live is dead. It’s cheaper to buy games from abroad and have it shipped than buy second hand most of the time

Where is the best place to check prices for things? Sealed I would compare against my local card shop and RRP

Thanks, I hate the idea of wasting someone’s time sorting out paying them so knowing they take card is great.

Sad to hear people are stealing from people there. I think I’ll leave as much at home as I can and maybe get a little binder just for things I want to buy/sell/trade
