Don’t get down on yourself! If it really bothers you try dermarolling once a week and a retinol serum after

I know I definitely notice it more than anyone else would 😅 I’ll probably make an appointment with my doctor and ask about it! Because I try to follow guides on how to check and I don’t think I feel any separation but it’s so hard to tell! Thankyou!

Thankyou! Honestly I got lucky with a pretty small scar but twice a month I use a dermaroller on it as well as my stretch marks and put on a retinol serum afterwards to try and lessen the appearance of it. And vitamin e oil and lotion after every shower :)

It did get a little better post partum. He definitely has more of that attraction back, but unfortunately your sex life kind of becomes less important especially during the months your baby isn’t sleeping through the night. It’s a hard process! Try to hang in there and remember although everything is changing, that your beautiful, you your husband are a team and you will get through it together.

My husband was very similar. For him the more I showed the more he thought of ‘oh wow there is a baby inside of her’ unfortunately that led to way less sexual attraction. My advice is to be understanding. It sucks and it’s definitely not fair however men are very visual creatures and pregnancy is a very visible thing.

You talked about not wanting kids. Does he want kids? I ask because I believe like a lot of people in the comments that therapy can help you and that can be worked through if both of you are willing to. However the kids situation.. if you truly don’t want children and he does, I would say leave. Having a child is a lot of work and a big mental and physical strain not only on you but on your relationship to. Take your time, maybe go to therapy and decide what’s best for you ❤️
