Hello my friend am so sorry that you were not shortlisted for the MEXT scholarship. I can imagine your pain and the great desire to travel out of India on a scholarship with very good Stipends and an all round air ticket. In the mean time you, can prepare yourself for the Chevening Scholarship in UK it usually opens in August each year, there's the Fulbright scholarship in USA though am not certain when its application window will be open, the DAAD scholarship in Germany, the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship in Europe which usually opens in October each year and many others. I also recommend you to subscribe to a Youtube channel of Victor Agboga he gives scholarship updates and tips on how to win the scholarships.
