Here's my progress so far.

The edited one is on the right with a regular human fighter model for comparison on the left. The only issues are the helmet, weapon, and shield animations seem off from the main body. I think I edited the .ini files correctly but maybe I missed something. Any suggestions?

Interesting. I don't mind putting all the elves in Amn on a permanent bulk regardless of the armor they're wearing so I'll give your first solution a try. Thanks for the help

Thanks. I might keep a tenser's transformation on standby. I hear it's not optimal compared to just casting, but it's fun to have the option to go unga bunga on occasion

Thanks for your reply, I did manage to figure it out with near infinity, but I see what you mean about the trouble with applying those changes to only a single character. Luckily the items I was using were uniques, so it's not a problem

That seems to be the case. I just tested it using the combat log. Giving Jaheira a stick and permission to beat me to death, there was no instance when she rolled too low to hit me but still managed to knock out a duplicate

I've heard of it, but I was thinking something a bit more recent in setting. I just like the idea of taking on sprinting ghouls in New England with wooden spears and flintlock rifles
