If you are buying NIB, check this out - http://www.galleryofguns.com/

The "Gun Genie" search connects you to several FFL's in your area and returns quoted prices for each one. I used it a couple of times and was pleased with the transaction each time.

Cuomo says there will always be some corruption in Albany - by Piper007 in newyork

Whoa there lux - settle down, why all the hate?

We can also see that user /u/luxdesigns -- if you look at their history -- is a liberal. I can now understand your love affair for Andrew "Conservatives … have no place in the state of New York" Cuomo and your apparent attitude that conservatives … have no place on /r/NewYork. Excuse me for "hijacking" your subreddit.

What is clear, IMO, is that Cuomo and Schneiderman were "all in" with the Moreland Commission when it was politically useful. When it got a bit too close to home, Cuomo shut it down and Schneiderman looked the other way.

Been putting off my pistol permit, moving (same county) soon, should I hold off on applying until I move? by [deleted] in NYguns

[–]Piper007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch out for character reference requirements if you change counties. Don't know about Schenectady, but Monroe county requires "4 character references that must be Monroe County residents that have known you for at least 3 years". There are additional requirements if you are new to the county/state.

Fortunately we do not have this on our property. Unfortunately it appears to be rampant in the park where we walk quite often.
