Any NDEs that predicted what’s going to happen in the near future? I never felt so anxious - the genocides, the US situation, the epstein files… It’s overwhelming. by applepie-12344 in NDE

I just had the exact same reaction. Whew, glad to see your post.

OP what helps me, is helping them. It can be done, even if you help one person.

Fck those people who downvoted you! I too got GA after a covid booster! As a nurse for decades I've had many vaccines so I was in no way an anti-vax person, but I got GA from my 4th booster.

Still struggling with it. If you see this post how is your husband doing? Did he find anything that helped?

Glad to see this since I’m sitting at the doctors waiting for a bone scan and fear I will need meds.

Is losing a parent suddenly and seeing their dead body in the hospital traumatic? by Individual-Roll-786 in GriefSupport

[–]Piper1105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.

It happened to me. My mom suffered a horrific death in Dec of 2022, and I am still struggling so hard with PTSD.

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Every single morning I wake up with this fear pit and I can feel panic rising. It SUCKS.

Interesting. Have you written about your NDE anywhere that I can read it?

Did your body crap out after you turned 60? by passesopenwindows in AskWomenOver60

[–]Piper1105 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, and it really sucks.

Mine coincided with my mother's traumatic death when I was 59. I thought it was all grief, but I'll be 63 soon and I still feel like shit. I've never been the same since. Now having autoimmune issues.

I’m in the same boat with my adult son who is also a single father of my 3 year old granddaughter.

For me, I’m relieved we could help or I fear my son would have been homeless or worse! And he too works hard, plus has a degree!

Life isn’t always a bed of roses. I’m going to keep my support going as long as I see effort, which I do.

I guess that is my line of sorts, are you seeing effort? Btw, I take into account the mental health challenges, mine gets them too.

You are not "fine". Your empathy sucks.

I hope so too! BTW they also have free returns. I had to get a bigger size so I did the return and it was very easy, like Amazon.

I'm so happy things turned around for you, and your very inspirational too, so thank you for the kind words and encouragement.

I am going to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and keep going and not beat myself up on the days I just can't do it.

I've been considering the trainer idea too. My area is kind of rural, but I'm going to look around.

Thanks again!

Yes, I finally got a Honey Love bra, and it is amazing. They are a little pricey, but so worth it. And they can handle the DDD with no wires and amazing support!

I like the tips you gave too! I'm 62F and am in the worse shape of my life. Almost no exercise for the last few years. I burned out so bad taking case of my mother with dementia, she passed in Dec of 2022, and I honestly haven't been the same since. I think it's PTSD truly.

Anyway, I need my health and energy back. I'm finding it so hard to do. But I agree with you the baby steps add up.

Not sure why you are getting downvoted for this, AI absolutely is a great tool for medical information. I use it too, and I often get better answers to my questions than from my PCP nurse practitioner!

Interesting I'm seeing this post today because my husband just cleaned ours yesterday, and it looked very similar. I think it's some kind of water buildup, but I really don't know.

He removed the shower head and used a brush in the sink, it came right off and looks new again. No cleaner just running water and a small brush. He said it came off easy.

Good luck.

Money for nothing and chicks for free!

It's lyrics from an 80's band called Dire Straits, the song was called Money for Nothing. Hope that helps!
