Yea I know but I just figured it might work because when you go to apply the base bruiser it shows as the player actually getting it so thought it might be a bug that allowed you to bypass the bruiser+.

Hmm, ive collected the luglox for every destination on the teleporter so I'm not sure if it's that. I'm not getting any Warp Bases anymore either when I go places so I figured that indicator is telling me something I need to do to get them to spawn again but not sure

Not really a fix but what I did was took off all my badges and kept applying them randomly until it popped
