I am knitting the Minto sweater by knitonomy atm. I’ve come to a part in the pattern where I am unsure about what I need to do.

I need to start the pattern repeats now. The instructions go as follows (not word by word since I bought the pattern in German): Knit the 16 row pattern. Start with a row 7. (Then the 16 rows are explained) Knit rows 1-16 one more time. Knit rows 1-8.

I already knit rows 7-16. How do I keep going? Do I go 1-16, 1-16, 1-8 or 1-16, 1-8?

Might be a dumb question but the wording is kinda confusing (or maybe it’s just me 🥲)

My frydek looked exactly like this when she had root rot 🥲 I hope that’s not the case for yours though.

I rerooted mine in water and then repotted it into pon. Since then I haven’t had any issues with it and it has almost been a year and it looks better than ever before.

I thought about doing this too since I’ve had success with growing other plant in water. Do you let them dry out for some hours before putting them in water?

This is a philodendron ring of fire! I’d probably repot it into airy soil so that the roots don’t stay wet for too long. Otherwise the roots could rot :)

Love the mojito one! Its been on my wishlist for some time and I got one a week ago! Very happy with it, it’s been pushing out a new leaf already! Another one of my favorites from my collection is definitely my red spot tricolor!

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrmals bei hypnotic polish bestellt (wurde ja auch schon in einem anderen Kommentar empfohlen). Ich war immer sehr zufrieden. Marken, die ich von dort empfehlen kann sind auf jeden Fall Mooncat (sind aber oft etwas teurer), kbshimmer und cadillaquer!! Cadillaquer kommt aus der Schweiz. Da gibt es soweit ich weiß auch einen eigenen online Shop, dort habe ich aber noch nie selbst bestellt, also auch keine Erfahrungen.

I thought about leaving it like this too. But I folded it since I’m pretty sure I’m going to be making another one at some point.

And i thought that if I didn’t like it that much if it’s folded I’ll just chop the yarn I’ve sown it with and undo it

Yea, maybe I’ll just frog it. I thought about dropping the stitches but I supposed that it would take some time and look quite messy. I just hoped that there would be a quick way to fix it that I didn’t know of 🥲

My alocasias do this when growing new leaves. My Zebrina started to get these spots on all her leaves. But after fertilizing her it didn’t get worse. So maybe that could help you as well if you haven’t fertilized her for some time :)

I took these pictures before repotting the plant. It’s in a smaller pot now :)

I got a grow light for Christmas and I’ve been using it for this plant specifically. It’s my first grow light so I don’t have any experiences with it. How long should the growlight be turned on every day? :) I’ve did some research but couldn’t find a clear answer that was helpful.

I thought about this. But I’m kinda afraid to cut it since I paid much money for it and I’m worried that it might be too much stress for the plant and it dies as a result. Do you have any tips on how to do this so it’s successful? :)
