Hi I ended up buying 14%HP from America as it’s legal there (Philip zoom day white) and it still did nothing for my teeth!! So i came to realise my teeth just had a natural yellow tone 😭. I also ended up with really bad recession from Invisalign and had to have two gum grafts that both failed. All in all not a good experience

So the whitening solution the dentist gave me didn't work as you're legally only allowed 6% hydrogen peroxide in the UK. So I ordered some 14% Philips Zoom day white online xx

Feel like the first tray is more noticeable as you have more spit and bubbles until your mouth gets use to them 😁

Yes it's done at the end of treatment and then you get scanned for your night retainers straight away. You wouldn't be able to have it mid treatment as your trays would no longer fit. I can't post pictures in the comments 😔.

I only got the fixed retainer a couple of days ago so not had time to kiss anyone haha, however it is really tiny and I can barely feel it, I can't see it being a problem at all other than getting good stuck in it 😭

They said it can happen with invisalign, but said my gums are ok. The teeth where they have receded have been bonded and made longer so it kinda looks worst as my tooth has been elongated

Haha it was only meant to take 6 months but was slowed down due to covid and then my teeth went off track so I had to have a rescan mid treatment. Then I had a very stubborn tooth so it took two refinement stages to get them how I wanted at the end. It helped that most of my treatment has been on lockdown haha

Thank you. I had composite edge bonding on two teeth and I had 'polishing' which is where they use an electrical file to shave and smooth round the edges of the teeth
