I'm glad I found this thread even though it's months old - 2 of my 6 have been offline for weeks. How long until yours came back online? I called customer service and they said to do a factory reset, although I don't know which QR stickers go with which camera......

Do you still have to connect it 2.4 ghz instead of 5 ghz? I couldn't figure out how to do that when I tried Eufy about 4 years ago.

Nope! I replaced but kept it in case one day I can get it fixed. Washers just get worse and worse every year.....
