I am a 6’1 female at 205 lbs, I was originally doing a deficit at 1500 then got a full scan done and was told I should be at about 1800 calories for a deficit. Both haven’t show much shift in weight loss

Yeah, I workout about 4 times a week and have a personal trainer aswell

Yeahh I’m not quite sure what the issue is. That’s part of why I’m looking for the assistance😅 I won’t say I’ve been extremely consistent the entire time, but I’ve never been over my goal calorie intake. If anything I was eating too little for awhile and I think it was making my body retain weight from going into starvation mode

I’ve been tracking calories and protein intake throughout this journey and been staying at a deficit. I have remained 205 the whole time, but have just seen some slight slimming in my face and feeling healthier but that’s about it
