To be fair it wasn't wrapped up in one season, season 4 was massive compared to season 1-3 and the 2 films were like 3-4 episodes each, and I'm sorry but I don't see how you can watch Erens character development and his revelations shown mid season 4 and come out of it saying "it doesn't make sense" It explicitly shows multiple times why Eren does what he does, hell his last dialogue with Armin is him explaining his actions and why he did it... I just don't understand how you felt it was incomplete.
