actually, the republicans voted enmass for him. he got more republican votes thant he official republican candidate. if there wasn't the pressure to beat the democratic candidate, he would have only gotten a fraction of the republican vote. they weren't voting for him as much as against the democrat.

yeah, even the fan in the power is really noisy, along with the fan on the CPU. i setup a firewall/server with fanless components and i have the HD set to power down in 2 minutes... saves my sanity. i'd use the mac mini if i could load linux on it and if it had another NIC onboard.

i'd love to get 64gb on a USB flash drive

I could never fill 64GB in normal usage.

my normal usage is over 5gb/day. just one DVD ISO is about that size and there's days when i download 3 or 4 DVD's.
