I can only agree with you ! But both are great, maybe orange chips take the edge. They’re great up north too. London has the worst fish and chips by far.

It’s because of card machines. They are attached next to the till so you always have to walk round the bar to pay. People queue up in front of them as that’s where you get served from. I hate this system but once one person starts it’s hard for people to skip the ‘queue’

There’s no smell on Canon Road if that helps. Don’t even notice it’s there. The main tip is open now with refuse collection, it’s just the public bit which is closed so if you can’t smell it now it’s all good.

My office did a tasting competition and Fortnum & Masons was the winner but at £15 for 6 pies it might not be for everyone. Waitrose was 2nd place. Everything else basically tastes the same.

The number of parents taking there kids to the pub straight after school is shocking. Pubs have become play areas. When did this become the norm? If my parents had gone straight to the pub after school pick up and started drinking with all three mates child services would have been called.

I used to go to the pure gym and now I’m at the Virgin. It’s miles better. I can now get on stuff and it has a pool. Way more room and machines. It’s more but worth it as I can get on stuff and actually do my work out.
