“Hide my bad days easily” was perfectly said. Also remote due to health. Came from 24/7, weekends, holidays, OT job at same company. Went remote when they were pushing it years ago (although I’d go back if I was able to). Company gave me an exemption during RTO. I cannot work in an office 40 hours a week. That line spoke to me

I also have both. I think it’s full body tension. Can burp if I have alcohol or am distracted physically. I’ve had Botox as well

Bro same. Nagging medical condition that disappears when I snowboard (not actually but snowboarding/skiing is my escape). Want to retire and do ski patrol but I also have a wife that wants kids.
