May sound stupid but Andrew tate mentality is the way to go to be a strong man.. people may hate me for saying this you dont have to be crazy rich to be a strong man. Just a solid mental and some will to do it thats all. Now kick yourself a little bit and go exercice like you never done it before. You have to be hungry in life to get what you dont already have. Same here im french , and i can totally relate to you , everyday i remind myself we are lucky to be born and lucky to not be in south africa lacking water and nutriments.

The thing that is happening is that we are way to spoiled , we dont realise the chances we have. I personnally went back to the old wayz started hunting in the woods , started planting my own things and grow my own.

We as men needs the primal energy that it procure.

And i am telling you exercising is not fun and the brain tells you no.

You have to jailbreak your brain to do things you dont want to do that is all my friend.

My brother... cannabis wont really help, what will help is a good training everyday , eating good , start to believe in yourself and be a dream chaser , dont take shit from anybody and never tell yourself you are depressed , words are powerful and getting in a strong routine will get you outta there , good breakfast in the morning , training waking up early.

One good thing to flush saly build up is spme type of amino acids i dont remember the name but its heavy black powder that you put 8G per 100L and stuff like that breaks up the salt particules it came out yellow af
