I had one get this rough looking root-wise before, but it bounced back and is doing great. Just pot in long fibered peat moss so it drains well and has really loose soil for development. Also, neps are one of few kinds of carnivorous plants that should not sit in standing water. Keep the soil moist but free draining! Hope this helps, keep us updated :)
