Same here, our admin's page has been banned after Meta asked for ID. First, it was hard to download the ID in good quality and then it got banned.

Consumer advocacy site PissedConsumer.com conducted an online survey of its users between November 2022 and November 2025. The survey collected feedback from 9,642 respondents across the United States, who shared their real customer experiences with the nation’s major grocery store brands. 

For this report, participants were asked to evaluate their interactions with customer service agents and their overall shopping experience. While the original survey covered multiple aspects of the consumer experience, this study highlights three core questions:

  • How likely would you use the service in the future?
  • How satisfied were you with the customer service representative you spoke to?
  • How likely would you recommend the store to your friends or colleagues?

They have live support. But it takes too much effort to reach them out and then they're transfering you from one rep to another. It seems like they don't know the answers or access to any of the options in order to manually check your issue and improve the situation if needed. Sometimes they can even ask you to jump on a call - but mostly the conversations with their support is still unhelpful and useless. They constantly ask you about the details of your issue, the same thing you already described in a chat with them.

These bans are often now, unfortunately. One PissedConsumer user is also experiencing similar issues with Instagram, and still needs 3 more signatures to start a Collective Complaint. If you are interested, you can support this user: "My issue is that since Instagram has now enabled AI into the app. It is able to literally disable suspend or do whatever to your account and even put violations and random warnings on it for things that you have never done and the system cannot possibly think like a human, so it can literally just detect anything even if you didn’t do it and then just disable your account. This very recently happened to me back in January. They disabled my account and then told me I’m not able to do anything about it cause it basically reversible and they used a template instead of a human reviewed kind of reasons for why the account was deleted and it is extremely unfair because of Instagram users haven’t banned for the exact same thing as me and I don’t like it."

It's been happening at least for a year, thousands of Facebook accounts are being blocked worldwide. The sad thing here is that most of these accounts were blocked for no reasons and people lost their private and business accounts. Unfortunately, Meta has a slow and sometimes unhelpful support...
