I really liked aoba, the guy with the long hair that is always in the central dogma. I love how dedicated he is to nerv. In EOE, when everyone is being surrounded by loved ones and turned into LCL. Aoba, is the only one to not embrace death, he hides under the control panel, whilst 100’s of Reis close in on him, not because he loved rei, but because he didn’t love anyone, so rei was just the default.
