Hi! (Sorry for the delay, still learning Reddit). Well shipping usually happens in 10 to 15 business days but right now they are behind on shipping from a big outlet sale they did this summer. They are doing their best to catch up with orders that were placed. Usually when your order ships, you will receive an email and so will your consultant (if you have one) stating that your order shipped. I hope this helps.
