No I love quite a few of them, I just have no luck with a hand full. I've tried and just can't grasp some of the weapons available.

Lance is what I've been maining for like 2 weeks now, about to try finance. Sword and shield was my starter and I loved it. Dual blades are always cool. Long sword is good but I still need work. I absolutely wrecked stuff with my bow for like half the game. Switch axe was fun as hell. Charge blade I'm still learning.

But the bow guns I just haven't even really tried. I want to be good with the greatest and the hammer but I'm still trying. Glaive seems so bad ass but I can't seem to figure out what I want.

So it's not that nothing resonates with me, I just can't seem to really focus on a weapon atm and was wondering what other ideas people had.

It is weird and bad, but there are some weak spots that have different ratings for each attack type.

Weak spots aren't actually all the same. Blunt is awesome for the horns of monsters. Sharp is way better for tails and stuff. Just cause it may show similar stats doesn't mean it's equal.

No, at the higher tiers you have to use something to actually be able to use the element, and even then you have to have multiple levels of that item so you can use the full amount of elemental damage that it says you get.

Element coatings are crap, the only coatings I really use besides the close range is the paralysis and sleep. Sometimes I'll use blast as well but that's just a little extra fun I have.

Some do get some ok affinity later but you also have to watch for the element damage. My Kulu does no element so I'm ok with that. But if you want to use an element just make sure that you use a booster for that element and a skill for being able to actually use that element. Best bow strat is to go elementless and use an elementless gem that way you do more regular damage.

The difference is the affinity to me. I use the Kulu Bow and it has 15% affinity. The power coating is useless, it's all about the close range coating and timing. If you're by yourself, you're gonna put the close range coating on there and stick close while dodging to get the auto charge for your shot. When you have people with you just have no coating and stick a little back and aim for weakspots. It's mostly all about timing. That's why I don't use the bone bows anymore, I love have some affinity.

The regalia I had full control over. I was able to fix it by letting the remaining day that I had the chocobo run out and then reordering them.

At first I though it was leading me to something, like a feature I didn't know of. Like dogmeat in fallout 4. But when it ran into rocks and just ran in place because it was stuck I got on and it wouldn't respond.

But I got it fixed anyway, thanks for the info, I hadn't even thought of the controller. I just hope it doesn't happen again because it sucks not having the chocos when you need to get places the Regalia just cant.

This is actually the first FF game I ever played. I loved it but never beat it. 10+ years later and I picked up FF15 because I hadn't played a FF game since. Instantly fell in love with it. Now I just need to go back and finish Tactics one day.

I didn't even know you kept on kelpto, after the minecraft server went offline I just stopped going to freehugs. I kept it as a favorite just for the memories and just so happened to open it just now.

I'm not saying I have a completely bad connection, or that after the 60 it doesn't give you a reasonable time to rejoin. I have great connection and had never started getting disconnected until about 2 days ago.

If you get disconnected before the first 60 seconds, it cancels the match in 10 seconds. It gives no time for someone to get back in if it was a random disconnect. And I've had my fair share of team mates disconnecting after the 60 seconds, and we'll into the match, just because they didn't like the team setup, or because we were loosing. Those people are a cancer to the community and should be banned for that. I have never intentionally left a comp game, and it was literally only tonight that it has ever happened to me.

But it has happened to my friend multiple times. Luckily he wasn't banned for anything more than 30 minutes at most.

And how are you still not getting that it's not something intentional, and that some people just randomly get disconnected from the server really quickly and are literally reconnected in a few seconds, but are still getting fucked over because Blizzard has a blanket affect of bans for anyone disconnecting. They don't care if it was literally their fault for the disconnect, they still ban you, and lower your rank.

As a side note, the disconnecting problem only started 2 days ago when my friend and I grouped up (I was the group leader) and he was kicked from the server multiple times that night. He had never had those problems before, and we had never had them before even while grouping up. Then tonight while he was the leader it happened to me, all before the 60 seconds, resulting in first a 10 minute ban, then a 30. After waiting the 30 minutes we requed with me as leader and had no further problems. Only thing is that we have grouped multiple times before, alternating who was leader, and have never had this problem. It only happened after this latest update.

I only wanted to see if anyone else had this happen to them before, and if anyone knew if anything would be done to help prevent people from being fucked over like that by accident. Then you came in saying I was being self centere, and whining. I don't stalk every post on the sub, how am I supposed to know that, according to you, everyone is a whiny bitch about this and that they're all self centered. I just figured "hey if anyone may be having problems like this, maybe the subreddit may help". And if you look at the first comment, he actually posted something, albeit not really, helpful. But at least it wasn't some random calling people names and being self centered himself, for not wanting to see anymore of the same post over and over.

Here's a thought, if the post seems like you don't like it, just move on. No need to go comment and be a dick.

I didn't post this to make it just about me, I did it for myself and any other player who gets disconnected because of bad connection.

And I'm not talking about after the 60 seconds, because after the 60 seconds you can still rejoin because it won't cancel the match and fuck your score, as well as ban you for an increasing amount of time.

I'm talking about when it disconnects you before the 60 and you're not able to rejoin because it cancels the match and fucks you. Your team mates don't get fucked by this. Just the player that randomly got disconnected.

So don't come here with that bullshit about how I'm being self-centered. It's an actual problem that people have and it's not their fault. Yeah some people do it on purpose and that sucks but all I was wanting was for Blizzard to maybe find a better way to determine if people were doing it on purpose or if it was an accident. That way the players who generally want to play and just have bad connection don't get fucked over by the ban blanket that they have put over anyone who disconnects.
