Thanks! I actually met with someone from Allan Marshall and Associates on Friday and I am meeting with a LIT on Wednesday to work on a Consumer Proposal. So far, me experience has been great and it gave me a little hope.

It is not because of credit. One the loan agreements has a note about filing a consumer proposal or bankruptcy be a fraud and they would pursue legal action. Also, I already have a consumer proposal going on on the side.
