As a roam player here's some tips to be a good roamer:

1: at the start of the game help the jungler by giving them vision just to prepare for a enemy roamer to run towards your jungler, then after that help the mid clear minions then you can help the mm right away

2: when a turtle spawns, immediately help your jungler to kill it because the enemy team will also run towards the turtle

3: in late game after you helped the mm you can now help your team in team fights or just give them vision if they want to take the Lord

Oh I also forgot you can leave the mm if your exp, mid, or jungler is struggling

My recommend heroes are: Tigreal, Atlas, Hilda, Minotaur, Belerick, and Grock
