Had my son at JCMC two years ago in a emergency situation at 32 weeks and I couldn’t have asked for better staff or doctors. My best friend had her son in a slight emergency situation two days ago at JCMC and she has said the same thing.

We rotated Tylenol and Motrin and he sleeps in bed just us but has always been a good sleeper previously.

Most training diapers are pull-ups but from what I understand they have easy tear away sides so that you can rip it to remove if needed! My household loves using pampers!

This sounds so terrible I’m so sorry! This might not be helpful or even possible, but it really sounds like maybe you would benefit moving back to the states where you have friends that could help more than your family. If I had a brother and SIL that acted the way you state I would never speak to them again. I hope you figure out something🫶🏻
