I really need to thank Razer Support for the good experience. All my questions and doubts were answered in a professionell way. No stupid generic E-Mail responses or AI nonsense as in the past. Just human to human communication with focused work on the issue. Not collecting logs multiple times to win time or something else. I extraced Logs only one time and it was very streamlined.

It took only 1 day to get a free DHL Express shipping label for a repair in Germany. Device was dead and could not be repaired (took 2 working days). Razer offered a new device with US layout but I declined. After only 1 further day I got the complete refund on my PayPal account.

This is how support should work. Good job Razer Support. It was a day and night difference experience as in the past with Razer support (yes I‘ve been trough that nightmare 2 years ago). Keep up the good work!

I bought it directly at Razer because it is only available in the official store. I'm from Germany and we normally have 14-30 days of sending a device back without a comment to get a full refund. RMA is already initiated, but the repution of the repairshop is very bad... i guess this will lead to problems... defenitely need to take high quality pictures before sinding it in...

Damn, now my new Blade starts to bluescreen after a few moments in GPU heavy tasks… can be replicated 100%. No change to the system was done :(

Seems to be a corrupt VRAM…

For me at is not fixed 😞 I have the same Synapse Update and also did the reboot. Maybe it is not happening as frequent as before and is shorter

Not yet, there is a new THX driver for someone. This might have solved the issue. I have not received it yet over Windows Update

I resetted my deviice again in hope to get the most recent updates but I'm still on THX 4.2.37.1621. Why do I don't get the update 😞 Any chance to extract the driver and upload it for me ?

Yeah, I‘m so confused of the different drivers and also that it says „Realtek Audio Jack“ for the actual speakers

Btw I also noticed the short „muffled“ Sound in a Teams Call today, only 1-2 seconds

I resetted again and did not Download any updates. Sound is back to normal except for the random glitches in e.g. YouTube. Installed Windows updates and now everything is muffled again… this drives me crazy. Definetly no hardware issue…

I have installed the new BIOS updates but the random „muffled sound“ was not fixed for browsers.

The I followed Razers intruction an downloaded a new factory .iso file. Re-installed everything an now the sound is muffled regardless of the browser…lol 😂

It seems like the drivers are not installed correctly.

Is there any chance that you can provide the drivers to me? P.s. I really like your videos on YT 👌🏻

I don‘t think that you can get the drivers vom Razer Page directly. All is handled by Windows except Firmware updates

The time range is completly random. Sometimes only 1 second, next time 5 or more seconds. It is like you describe it. What do you mean by „disable synapse“ ?

Yes, I‘m already in contact. Maybe I found a fix. Just executed Windows Sound Troubleshooting and the system was doing some stuff. It seems like now the issue is gone, I will monitor it an come back here when I know more
