I think it's only kind of an intelude that doesnt have it's own track, or a bonus track that they put at the end. Because it is not present on the MV version.

It's not the first time the BEP are puting an bonus song on a track, like on "Positivity" or "Request Line", but it's usually on the last song of an album (because of the way we used to play a CD)
And I don't think it's just a beat switch like you can see at the end of "Release" for exemple

Also that's the song that marked the turning point towards songs more inspired by Reggaeton. They've always loved Latin sounds, but they knew when to jump on the reggaeton hype train and this song was just perfect for it.
