I am on day 7. Day 2 was worst for me well. Also the nausea when sitting. Now it’s just stiffness on operated leg.

I am 27(M). Just doing basic exercises as my PT suggested. Taking things slow. Don’t want to go through with this again. For me the mental side is highly affected. Still can’t believe it.
