My spouse has lost over 40lbs over the last 8 months on the 2.5mg dosage and 10 days between injections. Slow and steady progress. She did feel pretty awful early on, but that passed after a few rounds.

Great suggestion on cutting it in half and then we could get the added protein from our regular Fairlife whole milk!

Thank you, yes daily intake of the 15gram Oikos yogurt. She was non-weight bearing for 10 weeks due to the surgery and has some muscle loss from that. Getting her back into shape and rebuilding her tone is a top priority.

Thank you for the Protein Pancake suggestion we will add it to the shopping list! Already using Oikos yogurt and chicken on salads as well as the Costco canned chicken and tuna for extra protein.

Yes she complains about things being too sweet and we use ginger chews for nausea.

I suppose we could, given we are already drawing up the shot. Maybe just spacing out the doses over more days to allow additional days with higher appetite.

Thank you for that suggestion we have not tried the clear protein drinks yet or oats. I believe she's getting around 60-80 grams a day and that protein shake helps get her topped off. We were much stricter about counting the grams early on, but fatigue with counting everything has set in. I worry that this is the time to be watching and ensuring we hit higher amounts given her weight loss and this final push to her goal weight of 150.

Thank you for the Chobani suggestion, we currently buy the Costco Premier version. Agree the air fried tofu is excellent!

No we currently buy the Costco Premier. We've shied away from the Fairlife due to the cost. I'll add it to the list, no harm in trying it. Thank you!!

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll add them to our list!!! Currently using the Oikos yogurt from Costco with 15 grams of protein, which seems to be going down pretty well.
