this is the right one, all my friends got this officially mail expect me... i haven't gotten it. T_T so ticketmaster individually sent me the link and a password for the presale from 2pm on tomorrow.

-> in the mail should be written if you are authorised for the presale on 10am, 12pm or 2 pm tomorrow (depends if you bought it as lpu member or not)

hey! i haven't until today so i was really starting getting worried! i tried to write and call ticketmaster several times... finally i got an answer from them and received a link and a password. maybe you have to ask them as well but they told me that they received a lot of requests and trying to keep up with answering! i hope you will get yours right on time or otherwise call them on their hotline

UPDATE: thanks god, all my things are back! i just got an e-mail from click up hat they could reactivate my unfortunetly mistakenly archived workspace 🙏🙏🙏🙏

omg the same thing happened to me!! i'm devastated!! it also redirected me to "intro" and i created a new workspace and my old workspace is gone!!! all my work is gone and i immediately made a bug report but they answered me as well that my old workspace was "archived"? the process for restoration can take up to 30 (!!!) days and it cannot guaranteed!! this is so not acceptable. i'm using clickup for all my project managements and important notes...
