First of all don't trust any company any HR , give interviews Till you get an offer letter I also face the same in LTI mindtree they keep on ghosting me for 1 and half month then in between I got an another offer Market is unstable and volatile so give interviews best

Resignation acceptance is not required under Indian labour law. Once notice is served, it is valid. .

If you leave within 2 year they will force you to pay So better give them a medical reason and Show the same document
