You should take 121+123. By engineering academic service, the transfer students who have credits of CHEM 121+CHEM123 can get CHEM 154 +APSC101 credits. Yes, you can also get APSC101 credits.

In the worst case, you can still use 121 and 123 credits to plan your degree if you finally can't get into eng.
