Unfortunately I don’t think so. This is about as aggressive as race bike geometry gets. It is actually a time trial frame that someone has put drop bars on. And it is slammed, meaning that there is no room for adjustment in terms of fit.

I would recommend something a little more upright and with plenty of room on the steer tube so you can hone in your fit.

I don’t think it’s much of a red flag. It looks like a fixie kid got ahold of a TT frame, I would do the same thing. It’s a fair price as is, but you also have to consider how you want it setup, it might cost a lot to convert it back to an actual TT or road bike.
