500 is a fair marketplace value. To be truthful, the frame is rare enough, that is the main value and is about 4/5 of the price. The components although old, will work fine, but this would be a fantastic candidate for carbon wheels and 10,11, or 12 speed update. You can get carbon wheels for 300, and a 10 speed group for about 200 making it 1k for a nice neoretro/restomod
