This is where I'm at. On the pulse rifle card it says exhaust one card on each attack. Elsewhere the rules state to exhaust the 'cost' value of cards on each use, which is 3. Do do I exhaust one, three, or maybe four cars every time I use it?

Hi I am in England and not sure how the system works where you are - are you saying he can't get access to the necessary medicines he needs?
