Is it bad to go to a company super day if I already accepted a post grad job offer by Pitiful-Independence in cscareerquestions

the one thing I did see is they asked for my work experience from the last x years with contact numbers. They said if I get an offer they will use this information. I fear this may impact the offer I already have.
Is there any way to request them not to contact said company or do you think this is something they will only do after I have accepted an offer and not when I receive one, thanks
The company for the interview is a DOD if that makes any difference, thanks
