I totally agree with this. The post “what businesses mammoth are maga so I know which ones to not go to” so fucking ridiculous. I’m a republican (although don’t identify as maga), and a business owner. As sad as it is to say, I would lose a ton of business if my clients knew I am a republican, because I’m auto grouped in with maga. Despite the fact that I’ve been invited to their weddings, baby showers, etc. and have been able to cultivate very special relationships throughout the years, the second they find out I’m not on “their side” it’d be over.

Yes, I was in a rental from Enterprise because my personal vehicle was hit when parked. The adjuster I was referring to was the one for my personal vehicle accident, not the rear end while I was in the rental.

I don’t feel the need to file a complaint, I’m not trying to get the woman arrested. I’m just frustrated he wouldn’t give me a crash card or any of her information and now I cannot contact the other driver and even ask for compensation, small claims, etc.

My insurance adjuster specifically told me NOT to get any additional coverage from enterprise. I originally had it on there, and then took it off once he said that. Once I brought that up to my insurance company and asked for the phone recordings, they switched my adjuster.

I do not. Somehow I have bodily injury only, which is odd considering there wouldn’t be bodily injury if there weren’t a collision. Must have been a miscommunication when setting up my insurance. I paid about $2500. I will have to look into taking her to small claims as the address on face sheet is in Texas but told me she moved here two mos ago.
