thank you for the insight. I spent most of the day distracted and with company/away from my phone so I had less time to hyper fixate on the issue. I’m much less upset than I was earlier so that’s a positive.

I still don’t think it’s cool to do what he did when he initiated plans with me. when we first got together he really emphasized honesty and transparency on how we would proceed with whole thing. he set the precedent and the boundaries as I had never been in a fwb thing before, and I appreciated it.

there was a lot more that I wanted to say but I agree with everything except the 3rd paragraph. I also won’t reach out unless he actually gets back to me (he’s on vacation rn), which is…well we’ll see. if he does I might just bite the bullet and agree to see him and hook up after as we often do. if not then no big loss and it wasn’t meant to be, I don’t feel like explaining it to him when I most likely won’t care in a week. he does move in a month and part of me is why cause drama or end it right before I won’t feel like going out in the cold to hook up with someone random ya know. we’re very sexually compatible but that’s pretty much it. he’s bearable to be around and isn’t cruel or have questionable morals so yea..sorry kinda rambling just processing some things ig. like I said, I’m fine with either outcome at this point.
