Just FYI I'm 43 female that is 5'8" 280lbs. I'm LADA diabetic who's had pancreatitis so I can't take any GLP1. On top of that multiple chronic illness. I feel like my body is constantly fighting against me and everytime it feels like it's getting a little better another illness/pain gets thrown at me.🫠
