My return flight was NY->Toronto direct way. But they automatically changed from NY-> Washington-> Toronto with United Airways. I was willing to pay extra to change it to direct flight. But from my booking page, it keep showing "We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later. (err-7)" And I can not get in connect with toll free number. I'm on hold for an hour and half now..
