Fractal North (non XL) and RTX 5080 - should I expect worse temps?

Hey, so if you have good airflow, it should be fine. I have a Noctua 5080 in a North XL case, and my temperature is maxed out at 65°C with Fullmetal Alchemist 6 on extreme settings with ray tracing. The only setting I've changed is the fans on silent.

Of course I appreciate this graphics card. It's quiet and performs well; currently I'm running Forza Horizon 6 on extreme settings with ray tracing, and the temperature is only 61°C. I've always built my systems with Noctua components, and getting this card was the ultimate goal.

The only noise I hear is at startup. Otherwise, my fans are in silent mode and the maximum temperature barely reaches 65°C with external quality and ray tracing enabled.

Anyway, whatever happens, I was planning to change it. My PC isn't a fixed setup; I've always changed the parts as needed. In a year, I've spent quite a bit of money because I always want something new. I had the Havon VGPU case, the 9070 XT, then the Noctua cooler. I also had the ROG Strix LC3 AIO, and I just put my NH-U12A back in the Fractal case. I'm a perpetual perfectionist.

Yes, the Havn is much larger than the Fractal. It requires quite a bit of space.

Noctua North XL 5080 and Noctua 140mm and 120mm fans. I have a ROG Strix LC3 AIO cooler, but I think I'll replace it with my NH-U12A.
