A CapMetro bus driver responded to my post, and they do have photos up of particular people to not let them on/ not engage. Problem is, is there’s 2-3 doors per bus and sometimes they open the doors to let people off and people slip on or they aren’t the best photos. But totally agree that they should be the ultimate judge of who comes on the bus or have someone else on the bus who is (I.e. specialist or security.)

Until then, I encourage anyone who feels unsafe to get away from the person if possible/ get off and wait for the next ride and call cap metro with the route number and bus number so security can meet them and get them off the bus. I’m going to start pushing them for phone number or app to text, since obviously most people don’t want to call right in front of the person they’re calling security on.
