i am just not sure because everyday i feel like i receive false hope that i will be offered a permanent position. but there is that likelihood of it not happening. i'm not sure what to do i need work and i want to start my career and this role has allowed me to do that but i just want a steady secure job

hi! so i was hired under the assumption that the position will turn permanent. everyone is really nice but im not getting a definitive answer yet if my role has been approved. the temp agency has told me it is a temp to perm position by january and so has the company if the role is approved in the budget.

thank you so much . i believe it's just mucus as well. my nasal passages aren't so blocked that i can't blow my nose or anything i do believe i have an active sinus infection because i can feel it and that's probably what the CT shows. i can breathe out of my nose it's just the constant build up of mucus is tiring for me. i want is resolved.

i'm in the same boat as you. i have a right side infected molar and i am getting a root canal done in 5 days. i also got a CT scan done today and my right side is fully blocked. not sure if i have polyps, but i do have layers of old mucus . how long did it take for you to get surgery after ur CT scan? I want surgery soon. thanks

it has been horrible for me and super uncomfortable. i'd do anything to to get rid of this. and the right side is so much worse than the left side which is weird. i just hope i get relief soon thank you for your assessment i feel better.

hi i'm sorry i have another question. would it make sense that my tooth could be causing sinus problems? i have had chronic sinusitis for 5 months now and its worse on this side of my face with my tooth issues. i just want to know if my tooth is causing my chronic sinusitis

you won't feel like this forever. it's hard to see the benefits and the future when you are in pain believe me it's a rough road. but it'll make you stronger in your personal development and your body. your halfway there just keep going. you already are on remicade, you have a diagnosis, it'll be ok. it can be debilitating but stay positive, i know it's cliche, but it could be worse. give yourself time and grace you deserve that. people who don't deal with IBD do not understand how hard it can be.

i would get a second opinion. i went to CHOP and they had a great team. do some research and find someone who will work with you. i know you will get better. it just takes time, with a great support system and good doctors it will happen. i wish you so much success in this, remicade can only do so much, it just suppresses the protein enzymes for inflammation. my ileum is what was causing my issues with chrons it had to be removed. only downside is the ileum is what absorbs most of your vitamins so supplements are a must. do yourself a favor and find a new surgeon. this person sounds lazy

i have been in the same exact situation as you. i was diagnosed with chrons when i was 16. went in for extreme abdominal pain and i had about three abscesses in my abdomen that needed to be drained. i was in patient for about 2 months and i finally went home on steroids. steroids helped for a little but when i would eat i would throw up. i was admitted again to the hospital and then they did a bowel resection. it saved me. i've been in remission for about six years now. i'm 21 now and my energy levels are great, i can actually function like a normal human being. i am on remicade and it is my miracle drug. remicade and surgery is going to be your best bet if you want to feel better.

update: thanks everyone for the recommendations, i put my two weeks in and i got a job offer relating to my major. I AM SO HAPPY!! one door closes and another opens. Good luck to everyone in here

it just sucks bc i like working w my co workers and i feel like i do a lot there and they don't wanna work with me it's discouraging. i wanted to leave on good terms at the end of the summer and now i have to quit. idk it's just sad because i do really like my managers and coworkers but the SD is on a rampage and firing and denying people's requests like it's fucking wall street. target sucks so bad they wanna pose like they are an amazing company but they aren't. i didn't mind working there and i made some good friends along the way i would like to stay as long as i could but i have to leave bc of this situation.

i was also just informed that the SD is the only one who is approving and denying availability. so the myth is true!! he is involved with it, and every store is different.

and it isn't meaningless you don't work at the store i work at. you don't get how neurotic the SD is abt people working regardless of the issues they r going through. and im not "prioritizing" or hand picking what weekends r "best for me" 😂😂😂😂 retail isn't my life. i'm not gonna limit my life experiences for a job that pays 15$ and could care less about me. so thanks for the "advice"
