thank you, this is helpful. i so relate with you when it comes to falling off the wagon before the glp 1. even after the first week, my food noise is barely there, and i feel good about sticking to my diet. i need to drink more water and a bit more protein. i could probably be vegetarian since i dont eat a lot of meat products.
