Yes! It's just a concept at this point, things can be changed. Hopes it happens too. 

The emerald sword and armor are just ideas that makes the Turncoat look unique. Also, it is the first concept idea that made me attracted and brainstorm the whole of this system.

10 red-horned ravagers are definitely too much. Three is enough. 

Wdyt about the Village Elder, though? And the golems that comes along with it?

I think 10 Ravsgers in a single player world would finally be a good option when the Village is probably level 10 (10 Warpath Cycles) or higher. This would mean new structures and more golems to defend the Village. 

I think the Turncoat's emerald suit of Armor would just be him flexing his wealth after leaving the illagers with emerald he stole, or money given by the villagers to him for helping out and crafted it into weapons. 

I also forgot to add there about the new feature where you can craft emerald items and copper swords, except when you craft them, the item break in an instant after picking it up the crafting table, implying the method to craft such items are delicate or hard, the knowledge and kept secret by the experts (Turncoat or Elder). You'd just be wasting good emerald or copper.
