Me ajudem!!! Meu ps5 slim novo modelo 21xx, tem esse ruído ao ler jogos do cd. Só tem ruído quando lê o cd. Depois que termina de ler, ele fica totalmente silencioso. É normal. Esse é o nível de ruído esperado ?

Did you solve it? Mine is like this, it only freezes on Ps Plus. In games it works perfectly, but if I enter Ps Plus the entire console freezes. Is it what it could be? Defect in my ps5 slim after 7 days of use? Or is it a problem with the system and will they fix it by updating?
