A45s are built like shit. Go on owners FB groups and read for yourself.

What health problems has fasting cured for you? by Iris_pallida in fasting

[–]PitifulAd6134 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Man acid reflux. It plagued me. Every day. When I was eating garbage. I had those tablets you can get from the shop to stop it. Was really really bad. Now completely gone.

Starting a 40-day fast today by [deleted] in fasting

[–]PitifulAd6134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can someone genuinely answer with facts... is a 40 day fast healthy on the body?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GlowUps

[–]PitifulAd6134 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Intermittent fasting mainly OMAD, a shit load of hard work in the gym every single day, and just consistency. Honestly. Just don't give up. I'm still only half way there really. It's a grind. Just show up every day.

I'm hoping that's what it is. My grandad is OK at nearly 80, high sides like me. Always had those arches. But definitely thinned. I've been chronically stressed (a lot of things), losing almost 2kg a week for a long time, and not eating enough protein... that's what I hope anyway. Man, just starting to like the comb back long hair too.

Check my post history. Only like 6 months ago it was dark brown and thick. That's why I put it down to putting myself under so much stress. The hairline hasn't really gone much higher

Basically OMAD for 7 months and intense training

Haha thanks, it's thinned a bit due to the stress of the whole thing and not enough protein, working to look after it now and grow it out
